Niko Bruer is the founder and managing principal of Bellwether Capital Partners (BCP). Mr. Bruer is responsible for overseeing all initiatives for Bellwether Capital Partners. Mr. Bruer has knowledge and experience growing start-up investment firms that are vertically integrated acting as both owner and operators. He has continually played integral roles contributing to the overall growth and success of all platforms and portfolios he has been involved with through his real estate career. Mr. Bruer has been directly involved in investments and transactions with an aggregate value of over $600 million.

Gantt Hickman joined Bellwether Capital Partners to facilitate and manage investor relations for capital for BCP's capital and deal-specific needs. Mr. Hickman has been involved in sales and sponsorships within multiple industries over the past twenty years. Whether it has been through hospitality, financial processing, or real estate, Gantt approaches each individual and/or institution with the care needed to create long and trusting relationships for past, present and future transactions.
